In the opening days of Operation Iraqi Freedom, hot-stick Navy fighter pilots BUTCH MASTERS and TOM CRAIG are court-martialed and dishonorably discharged when their mission to escort the delivery of the Top-Secret new "Rainmaker" device goes horribly awry.
