Aguilera to Try on Acting, Slammed Spears for Flashing Privates

Christina Aguilera is trying her acting skill and will be reading scripts during her promo, also she slammed Britney and other celebs who often flash their private parts and caught by the media.

Christina Aguilera is set to try her hand at acting. The singer has revealed she has longed to become an actress for years and will be reading scripts while she is on the road promoting her latest album 'Back To Basics'.

Christina is quoted by AccessHollywood.com as saying: "I've been reading scripts for a number of years now. I really am interested in acting as its own art form. While I'm on tour for 'Back To Basics' I will be reading scripts." While Christina is keen to make it in Hollywood, she wants to find the perfect role before agreeing to make her movie debut. She said: "I'm waiting for the right thing to come along. It's important it's the right role."

Christina, who co-directed the video for her new single 'Candy Man', appears as a blonde, brunette and redhead in the promo. She admits she was excited about showing off some old fashioned moves with dancers dressed as servicemen. Christina said: "There were a lot of servicemen involved, it is like a throwback to World War II era America. I'm jitterbugging too. It was so fun." Meanwhile, Christina has slammed her old rival Britney Spears, as well as Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton, for flashing their private parts. She fumed: "I say keep your legs closed. There's a proper way to make sure privates are kept private. That's just my personal take on exiting a limo."
