Scarlett Johansson hopes she'll get Oscars if she plays Jenna Jameson's biopic, like the nom Julianne Moore got in Boogie Nights.
Scarlett Johansson is hoping adult movie superstar Jenna Jameson can win her
an Oscar.
Scarlett has been singled out by the X-rated actress to play her in a movie
adaptation of her autobiography 'How To Make Love Like A Porn Star: A
Cautionary Tale'.
The 'Lost In Translation' star is said to be very keen on the role and is
confident it could pave the way for Oscar glory.
A source said: "She knows Jenna has had a colourful life, but she isn't
prudish about it at all. She loved her book and thinks it would be a great
film. Scarlett believes it could earn her awards like Julianne Moore's Oscar
nomination for her role in 'Boogie Nights'."
'Boogie Nights' is a film based on the life of porn legend John Holmes.
Jenna, 32, revealed her admiration for Scarlett last month.
She said: "We're looking at Scarlett Johansson. She's my choice. I think
she's beautiful."
Jenna, the star of such films as 'Jenna Loves Pain', 'I Love Lesbians 10'
and 'Wicked Weapon', is currently in talks with producers and filming could
begin next year.
Jenna's life has been marred by personal tragedies.
She lost her mother before her second birthday, and as a teenager was
brutally gang raped.
Jenna went on to work as a stripper before becoming the world's most
successful porn star.
