Liz Hurley said that she made a pact 10 years ago, not to go down the stairs without a proper dressings and make ups, so as not to dissapoint fans.
Liz Hurley always leaves her house looking beautiful because she doesn't
want to disappoint her fans.
The 41-year-old admitted she feels under pressure to look her best at all
times, even when taking her four-year-old son Damian to school.
She told Britain's OK magazine: "I feel pressure not to leave my house
looking an absolute wreck. And, like every mother, I feel the pressure of
the school run! But I also have people who recognise me from my movies or
magazines, so I feel it would be disappointing to look dreadful.
"So every day I do my hair and make-up which takes me five minutes. I make
an effort to put on some relatively decent clothes and I feel good for doing
it.
"I made a rule about ten years ago to never go down the stairs in a dressing
gown with unbrushed hair and unwashed face."
Elizabeth - who is due to marry her Indian businessman fiancé Arun Nayar
this weekend - also revealed she has equally high standards for men.
She added: "I think it is deplorable when men don't shave. I can't stand it!
I don't think men should ever come downstairs looking unshaven and ghastly
with their stomachs hanging out of their dressing gowns. Horrible!"
