Noel Likes Damon Albarn's 'The Queen'

Noel Gallagher likes rival Damon Albarn's new band.
The Oasis guitarist, who has been feuding with Damon for years since the
famous Blur versus Oasis Britpop chart battle of the mid-90s, is impressed
by his enemy's latest musical project The Good, The Bad and The Queen'.
Noel - who once said he hoped Damon would "catch AIDS and die" - told
Britain's NME magazine: "I love the bit at the end of their song 'The Good,
The Bad and The Queen' when it goes crazy. There are some nice passages of
music on their album as well."
Although Noel's hostility to Damon has softened, the Blur frontman recently
insisted he will never make friends with 'The Masterplan' singer.
Damon said: "I can't make it up with Noel. Britpop would be over and heaven
forbid that we'd ever admit we'd all grown up! Britpop still reigns supreme
over Britain as a musical force and will do until Blur and Oasis split."
