A Vietnam adoption agency officer claimed that they've exchanged adoption papers with Angelina Jolie's agent, probably adopt a boy from the Tam Binh orphanage in Ho Chi Minh.

Mr and Mrs Smith' stars visited the orphanage in November and Angelina returned last month.
The couple - who have three children, five-year-old son Maddox, two-year-old daughter Zahara and ten-month-old daughter Shiloh - have openly expressed a desire to adopt more children from different countries. Jolie said recently: "If we're going to have ten kids, we'd like to raise them while we're young." Angelina adopted Maddox from Cambodia and Zahara from Ethiopia. Brad became joint guardian of the children last year. The 31-year-old actress gave birth to their daughter Shiloh last May.
