John Travolta, who grew up surrounded by lots of siblings and currently has two kids, said he'd love to have more if his wife Kelly Preston could fit it in.
John Travolta wants more children - if his wife
Kelly Preston can fit it in. The "
Hairspray" actor, who already has two kids, would love to start trying for a baby this summer but only if Kelly agrees.
He told People magazine: "There's a thought of maybe trying for a third baby this summer but that depends on Kelly's schedule. I will leave it up to her."
John, 53, and Kelly, 44, married in 1991. Their son Jett, is 14, and their daughter Ella Bleu, is seven. The actor admits he would love a big family because he grew up surrounded by siblings.
He added: "I really like having kids. I enjoy their energy and it keeps everything wonderful and hopeful. I grew up with six kids in my family. I thought I would have five or six. It's fascinating watching your kids growing up, because they're yours and they're beautiful and they're constantly changing and offering you new thoughts and ideas, so I love watching them grow up. They're your future, really."
Keen pilot John named one of his five planes after his children, Jett Clipper Ella. The "Pulp Fiction" star wrote and illustrated a children's book in 1992, entitled 'Propeller One-Way Night Coach', about an eight-year-old boy's journey across the US in the 50s.
