Jumping to the water for a photo shoot, Mandy Moore was not careful enough and broke her ankle.
Mandy Moore fractured her ankle after jumping off a boat for a magazine shoot. The 22-year-old actress was posing for the June edition of Self magazine when the injury occurred.
She is now wearing a cast on her right leg. Mandy's representative said: "It happened at the end of February in Mexico. It was for one of the setups for the spread where she had to jump into the water."

Because I Said So' just opened and her new album 'Wild Hope' is released in May.
Mandy, who recently split from DJ AM, was slimed on stage at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards on Saturday night (31.03.07).
