Anna Kurnikova was shouting to a dog owner when she was snapped back.
Anna Kournikova was reportedly humiliated on Miami Beach after losing her temper with a dog owner. The retired tennis beauty snapped at a surfer who had his puppy on the beach, shouting: "That dog should be on a f***ing leash!" However, the surfer snapped back: "Maybe you should be on a f***ing leash!"
The exchange prompted passers-by to spontaneously applaud the surfer and mockingly bark at Kournikova. A source said: "She looked embarrassed and walked off around a corner. She reappeared a few minutes later with three girlfriends who just stood there scowling."
A representative for Kournikova refused to comment on the alleged incident. The 25-year-old Russian is in a long-term relationship with Spanish pop star
Enrique Iglesias. The couple was rumored to have got secretly engaged and married in 2003 and again in 2005 but neither have ever confirmed or denied the reports.
