Amanda Peet is on "cloud nine" caring for her "projectile-vomiting baby". The 'Syriana' actress - who gave birth to daughter Frances Pen in February - says despite dodging sick and missing out on sleep she couldn't be happier.
She told People magazine: "I'm very busy with Frances, my projectile-vomiting baby! In the beginning, it's very, very hard because you're so sleep-deprived. But she just started smiling three days ago, so I'm on cloud nine right now."
Peet, 35, also revealed her screenwriter husband David Benioff is a hands-on father who is happy to share parenting duties. When asked what his role was, she said: "Changing diapers, but he's actually doing the night feeds as well at the moment. He's letting me sleep right now. The hardest part is being so monumentally sleep-deprived."
The brunette star is already thinking about having a brother or sister for Frances, but joked she is too old to have a large family. She said: "I think we want more children. David wants three, but I'm old, I'm an old lady. Two is enough!"
