Drew Barrymore believes her happiness makes her beautiful. The actress, who graces the front cover of People magazine's 100 Most Beautiful issue, insists her fun-loving attitude to life is what makes her "pretty". Drew, who appears in the annual issue for the fourth time, revealed: "I just think happiness is what makes you pretty. Period. Happy people are beautiful. They become like a mirror, and they reflect that happiness. What you see is what you get. Some days I feel hippie. Some days I feel glamorous. Some days I feel like a rebellious 13-year-old boy. And I think all are acceptable."
Drew says making the cover "made my peacock feathers shine in the golden-hour light and extend to the heavens", and also revealed her top dating tips. The 'Lucky You' actress advised: "The only fundamental rule for me is to just be yourself. Let your freak-flag fly, and if someone doesn't get you, move on." Drew, who was recently named as the new CoverGirl spokesmodel, poses without make-up for the special issue. She is joined by 10 other stars for the natural photo shoot, including 'Sin City' star Jessica Alba.
Jessica, who makes her third appearance on the list, is more comfortable with her body now she is in her 20s. The 25-year-old said: "Things I was made fun of for - thick lips and a curvy body - got better as I got older." Eva Longoria, Jessica Simpson and Jessica Biel are also featured without any make-up. Biel revealed: "I find that men, in my past, have preferred me without it." Scarlett Johansson, Matthew McConaughey, Nicole Kidman, George Clooney, Jennifer Lopez, Reese Witherspoon, Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie also feature in the list. Halle Berry and Julia Roberts appear for the 11th time. All entries in the 100 Most Beautiful issue appear in no particular order.
