Nicolas Cage is buying a £4 million mansion in the UK. The 'Con Air' actor is reportedly close to completing the purchase of a historic five-storey Georgian townhouse in Bath. The six-bedroom property, which was built in 1754 and was once home to the Earl of Chatham, is situated on the city's exclusive curved millionaires' row known as The Circus.
One neighbor said: "We're told he has bought it but don't know if the sale has gone through yet." Estate agent Knight Frank confirmed that a prospective buyer had put in an offer, but would not give any further details. Cage, 43, already owns a German castle, an island in the Bahamas and properties in Los Angeles.
