David Hasselhoff Felt Bitter and Sweet on Custody
says winning custody of his two daughters was a "bittersweet victory". The 'Baywatch' star was granted sole custody of his daughters Taylor-Ann, 17, and Hayley, 14, last week.

His ex-wife Pamela Bach was granted visitation rights. Hasselhoff told Ryan Seacrest's KIIS FM radio show: "It was a bittersweet victory. They love their mom, they love their dad, and they just want to get it over with. The wonderful thing was the judge. The judge was so honest and complimentary of how honest my children are. And they say, 'Dad, who cares? Let's move on.' And we are."

The 54-year-old went on to express his anger at a videotape which was leaked during the custody battle which showed him drunk and rolling around on the floor trying to eat a hamburger while Taylor-Ann could be heard pleading with him to stop drinking. He said: "A private moment like that in anyone's life should never be exploited like that, especially if your children are involved. That's when this thing happened - that's when I said, 'Nobody plays that card.' "

On Friday (15.06.07), the judge set another custody hearing for August 16. A hearing to decide the division of the couple's assets has been set for October 1.
