Gordon Ramsay insists foul language is part of his industry. The chef - who stars in TV cooking show 'The F Word' - refuses to tone down his swearing and likens his tense working atmosphere to a Premiership football changing room.
Gordon explained: "Have you ever been in the Old Trafford changing room at half-time and you're two-nil down? Do you think Manchester United's manager Alex Ferguson is shouting at Paul Scholes, 'Please be so kind as to run down the wing and score'? No! He goes crazy. It's the language of the industry."
'The F Word' is now available on Channel 4's video on demand service 4oD www.channel4.com/4oD. Gordon took his 'The F Word' show to the Taste of London in Regents Park at the weekend (23.06.07), to continue his search for a talented female chef to fill the shoes of legendary TV cook Fanny Craddock.
