Lawyer of Criss Angel's wife is confident that she can show a documentary evidence that Angel was still married when he dated Cameron Diaz.

Criss Angel. Lawyer of Criss' estranged wife Joann Sarantakos claim to have "documentary" evidence he was seeing both Cameron and Joann at the same time.
Attorney Dominic Barbara said: "I will show with documentary evidence that my client was still with her husband, trying to save her marriage, at the same time Cameron Diaz was dating Criss Angel. I don't know if Criss Angel lied to Cameron Diaz, and I and my client don't wish her any bad publicity, but her press agent should be careful about what he says."
Diaz, 34, released a statement on Monday (02.07.07) claiming that when she dated Angel - real name Christopher Sarantakos - in May he had been separated from his wife for over a year and she had already filed for divorce. Barbara plans to unveil the evidence next week.
Meanwhile a source told People magazine: "Criss and Joann have been very amicable since she filed for divorce. He felt comfortable dating and thought Joann was ready too. "He's really disappointed that they have turned this into a real public thing. He genuinely feels angry that they threw Cam's name in there."
Barbara told the Nassau County court on Friday (29.06.07): "We're naming Cameron Diaz as his lover. We will subpoena her as soon as she comes back to New York."
Sarantakos, 37, is also accusing Criss, her husband of five years, of mental cruelty and abandonment. Cameron and the 39-year-old magician met at the VH1 Rock Honours party in Las Vegas. They enjoyed several dates together during her stay.
On June 4 Angel dedicated a magic stunt in New York to the actress. After escaping from a concrete block suspended above Times Square, Angel announced, "I'd like to dedicate this to my girl Trouble, a.k.a Cameron. I love you, baby".
