Anne Heche "Stole" What Belongs to Her

Anne Heche went to her estranged husband's house, took whatever things that she felt belongs to her and set up another 'fire' between them.

Anne Heche has been accused of stealing household furniture from estranged husband Coley Laffoon. Laffoon - who filed for divorce from the 'Men In Trees' actress in February - claims she took items including a footstool, a king-size bed and a yoga rug from their Los Angeles home.

In documents filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court he demands that Heche return the items, and refrains from taking anything else. The pair have alternate use of the house under the terms of a judge's temporary order.

Laffoon claims that when he returned home on July 1 he "discovered that she had gone into my closet and ripped buttons off 19 of my shirts and removed my pants". The 33-year-old cameraman also alleges Heche removed pink bedding, four pillows bought in Bali and a "picture of a saint".

Heche claims she only took items which belonged to her, and that "all of the items acquired during marriage and paid for with funds earned during the marriage remain at the residence".

The furniture furore comes weeks after a judge ruled the former couple's five-year-old son Homer will live with his father in Los Angeles while Heche films 'Men In Trees' in Canada. Homer will spend alternate weekend visits with Heche while she is shooting the TV show.
