David Beckham Not Welcoming Spice Girls has banned the from staying at his Beverly Hills mansion. The soccer star, who is married to Posh Spice , says he wouldn't be able to cope if the four other girls descended on his six-bedroom home when their world tour hits Los Angeles later this year.

When asked if the girls - Melanie Brown, , Melanie C and Geri Halliwell - would be staying with him, David replied: "I don't know about that. I'm sure they will all have a nice hotel somewhere."

David, who moved to Los Angeles last week after signing a multi-million dollar deal with the Los Angeles Galaxy soccer team, is set to join the band on their world tour, which begins on December 7.

The sports superstar - who has three children, Brooklyn, eight, Romeo, four and two-year-old Cruz with Victoria - is looking forward to girls' much-publicised reunion. He said: "It's great for them to actually be back together. It's great for them to be celebrating the success they had many years ago. I'm going to enjoy it. I know my boys are looking forward to seeing their mum on stage."

Victoria recently declared her husband is the "official Spice Boy", while Geri joked: "Maybe we could get him to be a backing dancer!"
