Kelly Osbourne and Kimberly Stewart's reality TV show is cancelled after reportedly Kelly backed out of the show when she was told to make 'fun' out of real jobs.
Kelly Osbourne and
Kimberly Stewart's reality TV show has been canceled. The show, starring the daughters of rockers
Ozzy Osbourne and
Rod Stewart, was due to air on US TV network E! but Kelly reportedly pulled out before filming began.
She is said to have branded the yet-to-air series "demeaning and juvenile" after producers told her she would have to spend time with "real people" doing "real jobs" and ridicule them, according to gossip website TMZ.com.
However, other sources claim the show was dropped in favor of a reality series starring
Paris Hilton's former friend Kim Kardashian, who famously starred in a homemade sex tape. A source told In Touch Weekly magazine: "The network just wasn't into Kelly and Kimberly's show."
Kelly and Kimberly's TV series was set to replace 'The Simple Life' - featuring Paris and
Nicole Richie trying their hand at a series of low-paid jobs - which was recently axed by E! after five seasons. A spokeswoman for E! declined to comment.
