Val Kilmer Shivered Upon Playing Hitler, Backed Out
Val Kilmer who initially agreed to play in 'Hebrew Hammer 2: Hammer Versus Hitler' was reported getting cold feet at the idea of portraying dictator Adolf Hitler.
decided not to play Adolf Hitler after reportedly getting "cold feet" about portraying the German dictator. The '' star agreed to play Hitler in the comedy film 'Hebrew Hammer 2: Hammer Versus Hitler' but mysteriously dropped out of the project.

A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Val was supposed to be in the film but he must have just got cold feet because he's pulled out."

The star of the first 'Hebrew Hammer' film, Adam Goldberg, has agreed to reprise his role as an Orthodox Jewish action hero who saves the Jewish festival of Hanukkah from the clutches of Santa Claus' evil son. The sequel is set to mock 'Braveheart' star 's controversial anti-Jewish rant last year.

Gibson will be spoofed leaving Malibu's Moonshadows restaurant with two blondes on each arm and a bottle of Irish whiskey. He will then be shown leaping into his Lexus car and speeding off as he screams out anti-Jewish obscenities, before his rant is ended when a policeman shoots him in the head.

Gibson was forced to apologize in July last year after allegedly making anti-Semitic comments to a Los Angeles police officer. He had been arrested for speeding and drink driving shortly after being spotted drunkenly leaving Moonshadows.
