Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams Setting Identical Bedrooms for Daughter

Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams are creating identical bedrooms for their daughter in their respective New York apartments. The pair - who separated a few months ago - are determined to make two-year-old Matilda feel as settled as possible when she moves between Michelle's Brooklyn home and Heath's new SoHo residence. A source told the New York Post newspaper: "They are having them designed exactly the same so when she wakes up in Heath's place she won't feel displaced."

Michelle, 27, remained at the couple's Brooklyn brownstone mansion when they split, while Heath moved out. However, reports suggest the former 'Dawson's Creek' actress is not planning to live there much longer because it is too big. A source said: "The Brooklyn brownstone is too big for just her and the baby, she wants to sell up."

In September, it was revealed Michelle and Heath had gone their separate ways after struggling to save their "rocky" relationship for the sake of their child. The pair began dating after meeting on the set of 'Brokeback Mountain' in 2004.

Michelle gave birth to Matilda as the couple were promoting 'Brokeback Mountain' and Heath, 28, called her the "perfect mom". The pair wore wedding bands during their relationship but refused to confirm if they were married.
