Blue Baby Shower for Christina Aguilera's Baby

Christina Aguilera hosted a blue-themed baby shower on Saturday (10.11.07), sparking further speculation she is expecting a boy. The 'Dirrty' singer, who is believed to be around six months pregnant, invited close friends and family to the celebrations at her Beverly Hills home.

Christina, who set up a gift list at exclusive Hollywood baby boutique Bel Bambini, received a blue Loved Mom Guitar shirt, a Cariboo bassinet with blue bedding and Trumpette Johnny's socks. One guest bought the pregnant singer a Sozo Whiz Kid Wee Block, which is used to protect parents from getting wet while they are changing a baby boy's nappies. A source told People magazine: "There was a distinct blue-theme to the shower. I think it's safe to assume she's having a little boy."

It was recently reported Christina, who is married to music executive Jordan Bratman, has already named her unborn son. A source said: "She rubs her baby bump and talks to the baby, calling it Jordy."

Earlier this month, Christina spoke publicly for the first time about her pregnancy. The 26-year-old star, who had remained tight-lipped on speculation she was expecting her first child for months, finally confirmed she will "enter into mommyhood" next year.
