Following her driving through red light incident, Britney Spears is reportedly given order not to drive with her children inside the car.
As of Friday (16.11.07), Britney Spears is prohibited to drive her car while her kids are inside. According to TMZ.com, the order came after a close hearing that lasted for 90 minutes on that particular day. The hearing itself reportedly was brought about by Kevin Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, following the November 8
footage in which Britney was recorded driving through a red light with her two young sons in the back seat.
When asked for detailed information about the hearing both Britney's and Kevin's legal counsels refused to give further explanation. Anne Killey, Britney's attorney, as reported by Usmagazine.com stated that everything is fine. Meanwhile, Kaplan said to the reporters, "All I can tell you is orders have been made. They have not been released by the court so I can't discuss the contents."
This case isn't Britney's first problem of being considered endangering her children while driving and of being questioned with her driving ability. In 2006, she was caught by the camera while driving with Sean Preston, her first born, on her lap. While, last August, she crashed another car in the parking lot. She was also reported to have often ran over paparazzo's foot.
