Britney Spears Sued for Damaging Apartment is faced with more lawsuit in her hands. After reportedly wrecking up the apartment she and her family rented in August 2006, the 'Oops...I Did It Again' singer is reportedly threatened to be sued by the real estate agent who rented her the 1.5 million dollars apartment.

Amir E. Zagross claimed that the apartment, which was located in Marina Del Rey, California, was damaged beyond repair and he could not put it on the lease again after the Spears family moved out. To Life and Style magazine, he explained the condition, "I met Britney at the condo myself with her mother, brother, sons and her bodyguards. They assured me they were immaculate, nice people who would take care of the property. But the damage was significant. They destroyed it. We couldn't re-rent the condo because of the state it was in."

This latest legal trouble adds to Britney's many encounters with laws. Up until November 20, she is still yet to settle her custody battle with former husband, . While, last month, this middle child of Jamie and Lynne Spears has settled her hit-and-run case after she agreed to cover the cost of the rented car and pay a compensation up to 1.000 dollars. Aside from her custody and hit-and-run case, she was also charged with driving without valid license. Reportedly, she also expected to be sued by a few paparazzos whose feet she drove over.
