Britney Spears Allowed to Spend Christmas With Kids
is granted a permission to spend Christmas with her children. Following another closed custodial hearing on Monday (26.11.07) at the Superior Court in LA which both Britney and her ex, did not attend, TMZ.com reported that a judge has given access to the 'Gimme More' star to meet her two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old, Jayden James on the Christmas day.

Though Kevin's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, rejected to share detailed information of the hearing, he still revealed that Britney's ex wants the kids to be able to see both of their parents on holidays. MTV.com reported that Kaplan said, "Kevin feels it's absolutely appropriate that both [parents] see their kids on the holidays."

Though getting a visitation right for Christmas could be considered as a small win for the troubled singer, Britney's custody battle isn't going to end up last Monday. On January 23, 2008, Britney and Kevin are expected to go back in court to continue the battle over their two young sons' custodianship.

While the hearing was on-going, Britney was reported to prepare herself to shoot her second music video 'Piece of Me'. The video is Britney's second single from her new album 'Blackout'. The shooting of the video is expected to be started at 8 a.m. on Tuesday (27.11.07). Us Weekly reported that the video will be directed by Wayne Isham, who previously directed Britney's 'I’m Not A Girl, Not Yet A Woman' video.
