Missy Higgins: I'm a Bisexual

After making people speculating about her sexuality for the last few weeks, Missy Higgins finally came out with a confession that is equally shocking. On Sunday (25.11.07), in her MySpace page, the Australian singer revealed that she is a bisexual.

There, she wrote down, "...Basically, I gave an interview that's since been twisted around by other writers so I figure I should clear things up for anyone who's been confused by it all. As I explained in that original interview, I've never felt comfortable with labeling or categorising human beings. However if we're going to pigeonhole me, I've been in relationships with both men and women so I guess I fall most easily under the category 'Bisexual'."

Speculation about the singer sexuality actually appeared first following her hit single 'Scar', which is rumored to tell about her being bisexual. But, then when she appeared on the cover of Cherrie, a lesbian magazine distributed in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, under the headline "Missy Higgins on life, music and not being straight", the suspicion grew even stronger.
