Failing to appear in her DUI hearing on Monday (03.12.07), Vivica A. Fox was warned by the judge to get herself properly booked before December 11 or get arrested.
Getting arrested for driving under the influence seemed to be a small problem for
Vivica A. Fox since she didn't show up on her case hearing on Monday (03.12.07). But, her decision of neglecting the court appearance would probably cost her as the upset L.A. Court judge threatened to issue an arrest warrant if she failed to get properly booked by December 11.
TMZ.com reported that the judge has clearly stated to Fox's lawyer who was present at the scheduled hearing that before December 11, fingerprints and mugshot of the Kill Bill's star have had to be taken. The judge then added that if she didn't do that, he will definitely issue a warrant for her arrest.
The December 3 hearing was scheduled following Fox's arrest on March 20. That time, the former 'Dancing With the Star' contestant, who was driving her Cadillac Escalade, was caught by the police speeding with the speed of approximately 80 miles per hour on the 101 Freeway in the Fernando Valley at 10:57 p.m.
Further, the sobriety tests showed that the 43-year-old actress was clearly driving under the influence of alcohol. According to the police, the alcohol level on her blood was .09, which is over the .08 legal limit. Not settling the problem there, Fox then yelled at an officer saying, "Brother help a sister -- are you going to let this racist white cop do this ... well are you?"
