Legal Lawsuit Against Vanessa Hudgens ProceededBeing accused of breaching contract, may face a 150,000-dollar legal lawsuit. On Wednesday (05.12.07), Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Tricia Ann Bigelow gave Hudgens' former lawyer an approval to file lawsuit against the 'High School Musical' leading actress.

Apparently, Bigelow ruled out the legal proceeding claiming that the starlet's decision to wait until she was 18 year and nine month old to deny the contract was a problem that should be solved with a summary judgment or jury decision. On the same time, she rejected Hudgens' attorney, Evan N. Spiegel, argument on the based that Hudgens signed the contract with Brian L. Schall and that Schall's bussiness name is Schall.

Last September, the rising was sued by Brian Schall since she was reported to void the agreement made between the two of them In his lawsuit, Schall claimed that Hudgens had agreed to pay him 5 percent of her earning as his legal representation's payment in October 2005.

However, in the effort to avoid the legal proceeding, Hudgens' lawyer argued that she was 16 when she signed the contract. That time, Spiegel based his argument stating that the state's law grants the disaffirmation of a minor's contract before the minor turns 18 or within a reasonable time afterward. Meanwhile, the hearing will be continued on January 15, 2008.
