Reported to have been stealing a wig less than a month ago, the 'Gimme More' singer had been caught stealing another cheap goods, a blue disposal lighter that costs 1.39 dollars.

Britney Spears proved the judgment by stealing 1 dollar and 39 cents lighter. The incident happened on Friday (07.12.07) as the pop tart walked out from a store in the Chevron gas station in Sherman Oaks, California.
Reportedly, the mother of two picked up the blue disposable lighter on her way out from the store after she bought chewing gum. She then displayed her stolen goods to a paparazzo's camera which capture
the reckless act's footage. Later, when reminded that she forgot to pay for the lighter, the 26-year-old singer mockingly answered, "I stole something. Oh, I'm bad!"
To People Magazine, the gas station owner, Jatinder Kaur, said, "Yes, Britney stole a blue lighter here last night. The lighter is $1.39. I'm hoping maybe the next time she comes back she will pay for it. I know she can afford to pay for it, but I'm not planning to file a police report. It's still not right for her to steal the lighter. I hope she will do the right thing the next time she comes here."
