Though already taking legal action to prevent the publishing of her revealing photos, Marcia Cross has to face bitter fact that her nude pictures are finally leaking on the Internet. In the full-frontal shots reportedly taken by her husband, Tom Mahoney, the totally naked 'Desperate Housewives' actress can be seen taking an outdoor shower.
Adding to her embarrassment, it was said that the firm, which first found the photos, are going to sell them to the highest bidders. Meanwhile, David Hans Schmidt, an agent representing the firm, described the picture stating, "There are some pictures of her showering outside. She looks absolutely gorgeous. And yes, the carpet does match the curtains."
Schmidt then added, "The pictures were not stolen. When you throw something away, you forfeit that property. We recognize the copyright issue, but US copyright law stops at the border. I'm not looking to mortify Ms. Cross, I just want the most money for my client." The comment was probably made concerning the legal action taken by the red-headed actress in 2006.
Earlier, it was reported that the red-headed actress accidentally threw out over than 200 personal photos in the garbage. The photos then discovered and tried to be sold by the firm hired by Cross and Mahoney to take away their garbage. Following the incident, Cross then tried hard to stop the photos from being published and distributed, but apparently her efforts were useless.
