Heidi Klum Sued by Luxury Jeweller

Accused of copying a vintage clover jewelry design, Heidi Klum was reported of being sued by luxury jewelry maker for as much as 25,000 dollars. According to reports, the German supermodel was facing a legal trouble after Van Cleef and Arpels filed a lawsuit on Friday (21.12.07).
The lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court, New York, was against Klum's company, Heidi Klum GmbH, and also against another company she designed jewelery for, Mouawad USA. The case was based on Van Cleef and Arpels' claimed that the two companies has gained benefit from their creation and sale of their jewelry line which design was similar to Klum's.
Klum is famous for her being Victoria's Secret and swimsuit model. Her most notable work was being on the cover of Sports Illustrated magazine's popular swimsuit edition. She is married to renowned R 'n' B singer, Seal, and has three children, two from her relationship with Seal.
