Beau Isn't Jamie Lynn Spears' Baby Father, Older Man Is?

Shocking everyone with pregnancy confession earlier, the little sister of Britney Spears might make more shocking news as rumors said that the real father of her baby is an executive from Nickelodeon.

After confessing that she expecting at the age of 16 years old with her boyfriend Casey Aldridge, Jamie Lynn Spears made another headlines as it was reported that her beau is not the father of her baby. In their latest issue, Star Magazine reported that family members has told the magazine about the real father.

According to Star, the real father of Jamie Lynn's baby is an executive at Nickelodeon. The magazine also claimed that Aldridge was being paid to pretend to be the father so that the real father could remain unidentified. The reason behind the lie is that the man could be charged with statutory rape if revealed to be the father of an under-aged girl's baby. "The man many suspect is the father, however, would face charges and probably prison time if he were to come forward and admit he had sex with her," Star wrote.

Further, the publication noted that Aldridge would escape the statutory rape charges because the law in Louisiana allowed a 16-year-old to have sex legally with someone less than two years older than her and he, as quoted from the magazine, "falls under the bar by just 26 days."

Additionally, Star quotes two insiders from separate Spears family. One said, "Jamie Lynn has been working on Zoey since she was 13. In Hollywood, little girls grow up fast, and she is no exception. With everything that has gone on in her family, she needed someone to look up to. But the man she found seems to have completely taken advantage of her."

Another one added, "Some of us have doubts as to the legitimacy of the claim that Casey is the father. Before the news of the pregnancy, how often did you see them together? Jamie Lynn has dated Casey on and off over the past two years. But it was not steady. In fact, she was looking to date Kevin Federline's brother about a year ago. Jamie Lynn went through a time of partying, and Casey was just a part of that."
