The pop singer reportedly was found to be under the influence of an unknown substance when police came on call over a custodial showdown at her home.

Kevin Federline. As reported by PerezHilton.com, Spears was supposed to hand over sons Sean Preston and Jayden James to Federline's bodyguard after her scheduled visit, which was due to end at 7:00 P.M., but refused to do so and prompted the police to come to handle the situation.
The standoff was said by PerezHilton.com to last almost four hours with Federline finally showed up alongside his lawyers as well as a representative for the law firm appointed by Spears for her ongoing custody battle. Still according to the site, the "Toxic" singer has been rushed to Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for psychiatric evaluation while her children now are back with Federline.
