Representative for Fox has denied that the actress is the 'star' in the controversial tape, saying she won't "involved in any sexual acts that would ruin her reputation."
Response has come from people behind
Vivica A. Fox regarding a controversial sex tape allegedly involving the "
Kill Bill" star, who was speculated to perform oral ministrations on a male friend.
Fox's representative Kim Tumey has sent an email to Atlanta-based blogger Sandra Rose denying claims that the actress is the 'star' of the tape recorded in the boyfriend's cell phone. Rose has been known to be the first one bringing up the subject on to the net after obtaining info from Fox' close friend, an Atlanta radio personality named Porsche Foxx, saying that the beauty appeared on the tape.
"Currently, Ms. Fox is a client of mine and has no boyfriend as reported by many news outlets nor has Ms. Fox been involved in any sexual acts that would ruin her reputation," Tumey wrote.
She then added, "For the record I understand that Porsche [Foxx] wants to be the next Wendy Williams, so do what Wendy does and check your sources. So, just because someone claims to be friends doesn't make it true."
In the meantime, Fox's manager Lita Richardson was noted to tell the New York Daily News, "It's not true", but without saying what part of the report she was disputing. Meanwhile, Atlanta police spokesman James Polite has informed the paper that they have
"no formal complaint from Miss Fox" for the time being.
"If it was something that was consensual, we're not looking at a crime, per se," Polite added. "If the [boyfriend] is trying to extort Miss Fox, that's when we begin to look at a criminal element."
