Apparently thinking the new boyfriend of his ex-wife Britney Spears is doing no good on her troubled life, Kevin Federline is said to prepare launching a legal battle against Adnan Ghalib, who turns out to still be married to his wife.
"Kevin and his legal team want to get Britney away from him. They are concerned she has completely lost all sense of reality," a source close to the former dancer said. "Dating a photographer who has tailed her for months is like sleeping with the enemy."
In his effort to drive Ghalib away, Federline, stage name K-Fed, initially intended to get the British photographer deported, asking his legal team to check out the man's immigration documents. However, since the Finalpixx paparazzo was found to already obtain a green card from his marriage, which made the deportation impossible, the 29-year-old thus comes up with other strategy.
"Kevin's team want him sent home if he hasn't got his papers in order," the source further revealed. "They also plan to bring Adnan before the court to explain why he took Britney into hiding when she really needed further medical attention."
Federline recently was granted sole legal and physical custody on his two sons with Spears following the highly-publicized standoff occurring at the "Toxic" singer's home Thursday night (Jan. 03). The court order is in effect until January 14, 2008, during which another hearing will be held to determine the future of Spears' custody privileges.
