Lending her support to PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), model-turned-fashion designer Kimora Lee Simmons has become the latest celebrity to strip off for a new advertising campaign for the organization.
The St. Louis native's pose will be part of the new "Be An Angel for Dogs" campaign, which is led by PETA's youth branch, peta2. As seen from the picture on the left, the estranged wife of music mogul Russell Simmons wears nothing but a pair of angel wings while holding her dog Zoe.
"Kimora was a delight to work with, the consummate professional and her compassion for dogs is a big part of her life, " PETA's Director of Media Relations Michael McGraw commented. "She has rescued numerous dogs off the street and her message is an important one: never leave a dog chained outside. It's important to bring them in and make them members of the family."
The campaign reportedly is due to be launched later this month and set to coincide with
national Unchain a Dog Month. Watch the video of the making of the ad on PETA's .
