Britney Spears Still Banned from Visiting Sons
Chance for to regain her visitation rights to her two children came to zero as a court commissioner ruled on Monday, January 14, 2008 that he extends his ban on the singer's visiting with the kids until at least February 19, when the matter is due to be heard in court again.

The order was made after Commissioner Scott M. Gordon heard testimony in the child custody battle for Spears' two sons with her ex-husband . Also testified during the day were five witnesses consisting of two LAPD officers, parenting coach Lisa Hacker, court-appointed monitor Pamela Strong, and Spears' former bodyguard Lonnie Jones.

"This ruling is a result exclusively of what Commissioner Gordon heard and had before him at the end of the court day," a court officer stated at a press conference Monday afternoon.

Spears was reported to not attend the custody hearing though she did arrive at the court with her black sport utility vehicle. But upon surveyed the crowd of cameras and reporters after she got out, she finally decided to get back into the car and left the courthouse without going in.

"Move back, I'm scared. Stop it. Stop it. I want to get back in the car. Just stop it. Let me get in the car, please!" she shouted at the paparazzi, according to TMZ.com.
