The "Hannah Montana" star claimed she and Jonas "were never together" in the first place as reported.

Miley Cyrus has blasted such tidbit by bringing up a clarity that she and the
Jonas Brothers member in fact were never together in the first place.
"No one knows we were ever together, so how could we break up if we were never together," the teen sensation said. "No one has proof... We aren't broken up and we're not together."
Rumors on Cyrus and Jonas being together as an item first sparked when the former gave the latter a kiss on the cheek during a concert. Cyrus was even reported to confess she had dated Jonas since the start of her sold-out "Best of Both Worlds" tour, but later break up with him in late December last year.
