It appears that Amy Winehouse is still unable to push away her addiction on drugs. New video footage obtained by British tabloid The Sun shockingly revealed that she took hit after hit of crack during an early morning drugs binge.
Taped at a party held at the singer's East London apartment around 5:00 A.M. on Friday, January 18, 2008, the 19-minute footage showed the 24-year-old was snorting powdered ecstasy from the corner of a credit card followed by a line of cocaine despite a friend's warning not to take it too much because of its high concentration.
The "Rehab" hit-maker later was seen climbing up the stairs to her dark bedroom where she lighted up a crack pipe. What's more, when her pals tried to persuade her to go out with them, she admitted to have taken other drugs, murmuring "I'd be useless to you because I've had about six Valium."
The harrowing video reportedly has put Winehouse's family and friends into worry and they are desperately urging her to check into rehab.
"Amy is locked in a nosedive towards oblivion - she is killing herself. The video shows a woman completely out of control," a friend commented. "We can only pray she will get a wake-up call when she watches the video herself and sees the terrible state she is in."
