Outraged by a publication of her she deemed untrue, Kate Moss is filing a lawsuit against British tabloid News Of The World for claiming her to get engaged in an orgy during her 34th birthday celebrations last Wednesday, January 16, 2007.
The paper was noted to report that the famous model was involved in a steamy sex session with two female models and a man at London's Dorchester Hotel, where "they teasingly took it in turns to snog each other." Her current beau Jamie Hince of The Kills reportedly stayed in the other room when she allegedly did her thing.
"Then the kissing became fondling," the publication quoted a source as saying while adding there were four or five people in the room watching. "And everything except full sex followed. Once word got out, everyone was desperate for a peep of Kate."
In response to the report, Moss, as revealed by a rep for her modeling agency Storm to Entertainmentwise, has instructed her lawyers Harbottle and Lewis to take legal actions against News Of The World. Accusation made to the paper will be of publishing "false and defamatory allegations... relating to her 34th birthday celebrations."
