A man got arrested at the Los Angeles home of Hollywood's hot couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie after allegedly being spotted to trespass the pair's property on Wednesday, January 30, 2008.
Los Angeles Police Department has confirmed to Access Hollywood that the 25-year-old, identified as Eric Mitchell, was taken on hold around noon at Pitt and Jolie's Hollywood residence.
Authorities received call from Pitt's housekeeper after the unnamed woman saw a silver car blocking the actor's driveway. Mitchell, who described himself as a freelance reporter, then got out of the car and asked "Which one is Brad Pitt's house?"
It is not known how the man managed to gain entry into Pitt's property as the actor's home is located in a gated community. The "Babel" star and Jolie, in the meantime, were not present at home during the breaking-in.
Mitchell has now been kept in custody for investigation of trespassing and after bail is set, will be released. Whether he will face charge, however, is up to the housekeeper to decide, police said.
