Father Taking Charge of Welfare, Britney Spears Went Beserk

Knowing that her father has the legal control over her welfare, Britney Spears reportedly got furious on the phone call yelling, "Nobody's taking my house."

Knowing that her dad has been granted legal control over her following an emergency court hearing on Friday (01.02.08), Britney Spears reportedly went crazy. According to TMZ, on learning that her father is the conservator of her estate, the troubled pop star who was admitted to UCLA Psych Ward earlier made two phone calls and got very upset.

The mother-of-two was heard screaming at the top of her lungs. At one point, in a heavy British accent, she yelled, "I'm so sick of all of this they can have the God Damn house and stick it up their f**king asses. Actually, no they can't." She also bellowed, "Nobody's taking my house. Who is my family?" She further claimed that she did not want her parents to be anywhere near her home or she would go to court to fight them.

Hours earlier, many reports stated that a day following Britney's second admittance to hospital for a psychiatric evaluation, James Spears was put in charge of his daughter's welfare. It means that until a Monday (04.02.08) hearing, he has the power to restrict and limit her hospital visitors and to employ security guards to protect her. He also get the authority to prosecute any civil harassment restraining orders as well as to get her medical records and communicate with her doctors.

The new power father Spears obtained reportedly has been used to keep Britney's close friend and manager Sam Lutfi away. Court representative Allan Parachini confirmed the restraining issue stating, "there was a civil harassment restraining order issued against (Britney's pal) Sam Lutfi, but the specifics of that order are unknown." It is further explained that the restraining order's status will be heard in court on February 22.

On the granting of the legal control over Britney, Lutfi earlier spoke out against her parents in court. To People, he expressed his objection stating, "I object to this. Britney is fully capable of handling her own finances. Her doctors are capable of handling her health care. You'd think in a time like this, the family would be at the hospital taking care of their daughter, rather than fighting for her money. How sad."
