Idol Runner-Up Katharine McPhee Tied the Knot!
The season five American Idol runner-up exchanged wedding vows with her producer boyfriend. After getting confirmation from McPhee's representative, Justin Gray Stone, People reported that the 23-year-old singer married the 42-year-old Nick Cokas on Saturday (02.02.08) in Beverly Hills.

Reportedly, the late afternoon ceremony was held at Beverly Hills Presbyterian Church. The 45-minute service was attended by approximately 300 guests, including fellow season five contestants, Kellie Pickler and Mandisa, and McPhee's upcoming film co-star . The bride wore a strapless ivory Manuel Mota gown and Neil Lane's diamond and platinum chandelier earrings as well as diamond and platinum bracelets, whereas the groom was dressed in an Armani tuxedo. Additionally, the bridesmaids wore floor-length pink dresses.

Earlier, to People, McPhee, who met her 19 years older boyfriend in 2005 when they performed in a L.A. theater production of The Ghost and Mrs. Muir, expressed her feeling toward her lover saying, "(Nick) is the love of my life. This is a once in a lifetime occasion and everything is just perfect." On the age differences, she commented, "I love [older men]. They're just wiser, and they're less about themselves and more about you." The pair got engaged last year when Cokas presented her with a custom-designed round brilliant cut platinum and diamond engagement ring.

In early January, it was reported that McPhee was dropped from her music label RCA Records following the footsteps of another Idols, and . However, the Los Angeles native will make her feature film debut in the Fred Wolf's upcoming comedy "I Know What Boys Like" starring alongside Willis, , Emma Stone and Colin Hanks. Further, the Hollywood Reporter noted that McPhee will be the star of the indie dark romantic comedy "The Last Caller", whereas MTV reported that in November, she will join the production of another indie film based on Martin Amis' 1978 novel "Success".
