Kim Kardashian is in trouble once again. According to lawsuit filed on Monday (04.02.08) in L.A. County Superior Court, Sonja Norwood, the mother of R 'n' B singer Brandy, has filed lawsuit against the socialite as well as her three siblings, Khloe, Kourtney and Robert Jr. claiming that the foursome had run up more than $120,000 in her credit card charges.
In the lawsuit, it was claimed that when Kim worked as Brandy's stylish back in 2006 and 2007, she used Norwood's American Express card without permission. Further, Norwood also accused the 27-year-old ex-wife of music producer Damon Thomas to have given the card to her siblings.
According to the suit, in 2006, the Kardashian siblings racked up $62,793.83, while in 2007, they blew another $57,841.82. Allegedly, all of the money charged on the card went to the Kardashians' own stores, Dash and Smooch.
Whereas Norwood is seeking the return of the money with a 10 percent interest, Kim rejected the accusation claiming that she and her siblings had Norwood's permission when making the purchases. To People, she said, "We have her signature on all items."
