Ne-Yo aka Shaffer Smith was pulled over by police when he was spotted driving like a mad man through Cobb Country, Georgia on February 19. According to TMZ, he was caught driving his 2006 Range Rover well over 100 mph, intriguing the police to find out why.
He was considered driving recklessly and can danger himself or others plus he did not possess a valid driving license by the time he was caught. He was arrested that day although there was reportedly no alcohol or drugs contain in his body.
According to a booking report, he was arrested at 3:40 A.M. and booked at the Cobb Sheriff's office. He was released an hour later with a $1,300 bail. As reported by BallerStatus, the "So Sick" singer is due to be back in court on March 25.
Stories are developing and there has been no other details released as yet. Representative from his label group Def Jam has not responded to this arrest either.
