Gene Simmons' Sex Tape Confirmed Authentic!
The KISS rocker is indeed the man in a black and white sex tape that leaks and intrigues a legal action.
When a black and white sex tape of a man resembling Family Jewels reality show star, Gene Simmons, surfaces on the Internet a few days back, many questions the authenticity of the tape. However, the truth was unveiled when on Thursday (February 21), the lawyer of the rocker released a statement through ValleyWag.com, saying that the tape is a real deal.

Barry E. Mallen, Simmons' legal counsel e-mailed the managing director of the website, confirming that the man was indeed his client and that it was videotaped without the star's knowledge. The person responsible for the videotaping is a woman named Traci Anna Koval who later on gave a written agreement of copyrights of the tape to Allied Industry Tours, Ltd.

The agreement includes Koval's warranty that there are no copies for the master tape. Thus, the e-mail also requested the website in question to reveal the source where they receive a copy of it. The leaking of the tape according to reports, has violated California's right of publicity statue.

With the leak of the tape and its availability to be purchased on-line, Simmons and his team are taking legal actions against it. They are demanding a cease or desist on all streaming of the tape on websites that have charged users to view the tape. Also, they would like to take profits from all the on-line streams plus the person responsible to pay the legal fees incurred by Simmons.

Simmons has released a statement on his official site, saying that he and his family are "all well" and in further statement he confirmed that a legal action is taking place. He said, "Hi everyone. You may have heard or seen garbage that has sprung up from my past. Rest assured the proper legal team is looking at all ramifications and options. Once again, thank you (and I can't say it enough) for your overwhelming support for the family and myself. Your emails have been gracious and I am humbled. Onward. Today is a new day."
