Citing on Fraud, Pamela Anderson Seeks Marriage Annulment

In the follow-up of the Pamela Anderson's third divorce drama, it was reported that the former "Baywatch" beauty is seeking an annulment rather than having a standard divorce from her current husband Rick Solomon. According to court papers obtained by TMZ (PDF), the 40-year-old actress has filled a petition to nullify her brief marriage on Friday (22.02.08) in Los Angeles Superior Court.

In the papers, it was noted that the former Playboy cover girl has cited fraud as the reason for the marriage nullifying. Further, it can be seen that Anderson also requested that the assets and debts own by the estranged couple are to be separated. According to Associated Press, the "Barb Wire" star had asked for a retired judge to handle the annulment proceedings on Monday (25.02.08).

Back in October 6, 2007, Anderson stunned many as she and Solomon tied the knot at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas during a break between the two shows of Hans Klok's The Beauty of Magic in which she was performing. Two months later, she made headlines once again when she filled for divorce on December 14 citing irreconcilable differences. However, days following the divorce filing, the ex-wife of Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee toned down the divorce rumor by stating on her website that she and her husband were "working things out".
