Amy Winehouse is set to make her own range of cosmetic and clothes. In a story that emerged earlier this week, the "Rehab" singer reportedly is moving to the beauty business so that fans can copy her style.
According to the Sun, Winehouse's beauty kit will include hairspray but the most iconic item from her range will be an eyeliner. "Amy's style has been copied by girls around the country and there's a lot of money to be made," a 'pal' of the singer spilled. "It's a very distinctive look. She wants to bring out a range of cosmetics and fashion products. There could be hairspray, head scarves, liquid eyeliner, perfume. All the things that are distinctive of her look."
Winehouse who is undergoing treatment in a London rehab, allegedly has arranged a meeting with execs later this week to discuss the project. The meeting will include fashion and cosmetics expert. A source from fashion industry said, "I think this stuff would sell very well in London. She has become a fashion icon despite not always looking too fresh."
