Madonna and Elton John Feuding Again?

Elton John had it all planned out to be the biggest Oscar after-party before Madonna came up with her own bash that ruined his dream. The British singer reportedly was pissed at Madonna for throwing another party at the last minute with A-list artists in the invitation list.

John's party reportedly consisted of B and C-lister, like JC Chasez, Lionel Richie, Simon Cowell, Larry King and Sean Penn while Madonna's party was packed with A-listers like Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Cameron Diaz, Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher, Drew Barrymore, Owen Wilson and Penelope Cruz.

"Elton despises Madonna and this has made things way worse," a source told PerezHilton.com. For one thing, Madonna had previously been in John's blacklist but both have made peace on a stage last year. However, it was later reported by E! that John actually attended Madonna's party after his with partner David Furnish.

In the party, John hosted an auction following the 80th Academy Awards ceremony on Feb 24 and he reportedly was ready to drop his suit pants to persuade guests to hand over more cash. The event managed to raise $5.1 million dollars for AIDS research.
