Successfully making headlines with her recent nude photos for New York magazine, Lindsay Lohan has been given a chance to recreate another Marilyn Monroe�s famous naked pose. According to ShowbizSpy, the 21-year-old actress got the Monroe's nude pics posing offer from Playboy.
New York Post columnist Liz Smith reported that the troubled starlet has been offered with the tempting proposal by the Playboy's mogul Hugh Hefner himself. "Now we hear Lindsay is tempted to continue her nude homage to MM," Smith wrote. "Playboy's Hugh Hefner has offered the young star the chance to re-create Marilyn's famed nude swim from the unfinished film 'Something's Got To Give.'"
On Lohan related news, it seems that Lohan took a rather mellow approach to revive her career as she openly talked about her troubled past year. According to People, the young actress has sat down with Paper magazine and revealed the reasons behind her erratic behavior back in 2007.
In the interview featured in the magazine's March issues, the "Georgia Rule" star admitted that her hard-partying was her way to deal with her life at the moment. "I had a lot going on in my life and that was a way of hiding from it," the starlet explains. "I hadn't seen my dad; I had a lot of work stress 'cause I was constantly working and never took time to stop. Everything was go-go-go, and the easiest thing was to run away from it, going out and drinking at night." The actress who once linked to actor Wilmer Valderrama further expressed her regrets saying, "You know, you don't have to think when you let go sometimes.. But I didn't realize it was getting in the way of my work � what I've worked for my whole life."
The actress who was awarded two Razzie Awards for her role in "I Know Who Killed Me" on February 23 then explained that her experiences in rehab made her evaluate her life and realized that she is what she is. On her future works, she said that the Hollywood filmmakers have to take a chance on her because her focus right now is to look for "a great script, a great role". She said, "Right now I just want to find a great script, a great role. I was so used to working and working and working, and for a good few months there was nothing for me to do. Now I know what it's like to be an out-of-work actor, and how much it scares me."
