Said Deleting Lindsay Lohan's Number From Miley Cyrus' Phone, Dad Denies Allegation
Accused of forcing his 'Hannah Montana' star daughter to erase Lindsay Lohan's phone number, Billy Ray Cyrus came to Ryan Seacrest's radio show to set the record straight.
As the allegation that he forced his daughter to delete 's phone number blew up in the media, went to to tone down the accusation. According to People, the country singer denied the rumors on the "American Idol" host's KIIS-FM radio show on Tuesday, February 4, morning.

The "Achy Breaky Heart" singer told Seacrest that the allegation was a false one as he and his superstar teen-daughter loves the troubled star insisting, "We love Lindsay." Then, he explained that aside from being Miley's father, he also wants to be her close friend stating, "I wanna be the person (Miley) wants to talk to. I just want to be one of those friends."

Earlier, many reported that Miley was forced by her parents to erase Lohan's number and was banned from hanging out with the rehab darling because they fear the "Mean Girls" star would set a bad example to their daughter. Reportedly, the 15-year-old "Hannah Montana" star met Lohan at 2008 Academy Awards on February 24, which led them to trading their phone numbers.
